Week 4 Light Bench/Shoulders

Since I am done the Ed Coan program and happy with the results, my goal over the next 3 weeks of training is to maintain strength and work on lockout and pauses.

Flat Bench - 135X20, 135X20
225X10

BB Floor Press - 315X3, X5, X5 all paused

Chins - BWX8X3

Standing DB Shoulder Press - 65X12X3

Skullcrushers - 135X8X3

Tricep Pressdown - 140X50 rest pause

Might Deadlift tomorrow or Saturday if I'm feeling ok.
