Week 1 Squats #2

Pretty straightforward session. Look simple, trust me it was not.

After a warmup;

405X5 for 7 sets.

I made every rep. Took a fair amount of rest between sets and still only took about an hour.

Was getting tired by the end but made it ok. Next week is 8 sets and 10 sets. Gross. Going to deadlift on the weekend sometime, probably Sunday.
