Week 3 Light Bench/Shoulders

Flat Bench - 245X10X2
Standing OHP - 155X10, X8, X8
Skullcrushers - 135X10, X9, X10
Db Raise - 25X10X2
Tricep Pressdown - 140X50 rest pause

My tri's and shoulders were on fire after this!! Ran through it pretty quick too.

Still feeling squats from Tuesday, so Ill probably wait until sat or sun to squat again.
