Week 3 Squats #1

After a warmup;

6 sets of 6 with 385.

Felt way better than squats last week. Something was definitely off last week. Its a wonder I was able to pull a PR. I struggled with some lower back tightness/pain but got through it. Probably from deadlifting on Sunday. Much needed rest tomorrow then light bench Thursday.
